What these figures show

Revenue is the total of fully paid invoices, including VAT, for the selected period. Part-paid invoices enter this total when fully paid. Outstanding shows unpaid balances after recorded part payments and is not limited to that period.

Will it work without a signal?

Your core customer and business records remain available on your device. Sending, public links, online acceptance, view tracking and cloud backup need a connection.

How are my records backed up?

TradePilot supports automatic cloud backup and a backup file you can save yourself. Cloud backup needs a connection.

Does it connect to my accounts software?

You can download a Xero-format sales invoice export, a QuickBooks-friendly sales CSV and an accountant workbook. These are exports, rather than live integrations. TradePilot does not file tax returns or send Making Tax Digital updates.

When can I start using it?

TradePilot has not launched yet. Join the waiting list to hear when it is ready. Supported devices and release availability will be confirmed before launch.
